Komax Gamma 255 - for more accurate cable processing
Our latest investment in cable processing technology gives you the reassurance that our cable preparation is both reliable and extremely accurate.
The new state-of-the-art Komax Gamma 255 machine delivers fully-automated crimping for wires with small cross-sections, and it cuts, strips, terminates and tins the wire, as needed.
Its internal crimp force analysers enable the machine to monitor and self-diagnose any problems during a large cable run, by measuring the output against target data stored in its memory. With automatic fine adjustments, the resulting product is more accurate, and our customers enjoy greater peace of mind as a result.
The machine handles a wide range of cross-sections, from 0.0123mm˛/AWG38-2.5mm˛/AWG14, and carries out double-side crimping (with wires as short as 20mm). It carries out twisting, fluxing and thinning processes and handles lengths from 15mm-10000mm.
We achieve length accuracy of +/- 1mm up to 500mm, and +/- 0.2% of the wire length from 500mm upwards.
